Relic is a personal knowledge base app. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account info — Name and email from Apple Sign-In (based on your settings)
• Screenshots — When you scan a screenshot, a compressed copy is sent to our AI for analysis. Your originals stay on your device.
• AI analysis — Categories, summaries, tags, and extracted text generated from your screenshots
• Notes — Anything you add manually
• Usage — Screenshot count for free tier limits, basic analytics
• Crash reports — Anonymous error data to fix bugs

How we use it

To provide the app — analyzing screenshots, organizing knowledge, managing your subscription. We don't sell your data. We don't show ads. We don't track you across other apps.

Third parties

We use trusted services to run the app (cloud hosting, AI processing, payments, crash reporting). Your data is transmitted securely and stored with access controls so only you can see your content.

Your control

• Clear data — Delete all processed screenshots from Settings
• Delete account — Permanently remove your account and all data
• Export — Contact us for a data export

Children

Relic is not for children under 13.

We'll update this page if the policy changes. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
